If you wish to be placed on a wait list for a guest room at The Westin Charlotte hotel, please contact Cynthia McDowell at cmcdowell@nssga.org and also make another guest room reservation at another hotel in case no room at The Westin Charlotte becomes available. A suggested alternative hotel is listed below with a limited number of guest rooms on hold for NSSGA until February 24 or until the block is full or not available.

Driving Directions from Charlotte Douglas International Airport
to The Westin Charlotte Hotel
- Drive EAST on Airport Loop Road towards Airport Parking Drive.
- Take a slight RIGHT toward Old Dowd Road and turn RIGHT
onto Old Dowd Road. - Turn at the second LEFT onto Boyer Street. Turn at the first RIGHT
onto US-74 E/Wilkinson Boulevard. - Continue to follow US-74 East and then continue onto I-277 North.
- Take Exit 1E to merge onto South College Street towards the
Bobcats Arena. - Turn RIGHT onto East Stonewall Street.
- The Westin Charlotte Hotel will be on the right
at 601 South College Street.

A Piedmont train travels to Raleigh. A Carolinian train to New York

New York City and New Orleans. The station is approximately two miles
northeast of Center City.
