Cancellation, Substitution and Refund Policies
NSSGA 2013 Annual Convention: All cancellation requests must be received in writing and postmarked on or before February 22, 2013. If a paid registrant is unable to attend the NSSGA Convention, they may request a name substitution. If they wish to cancel their registration altogether, a $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellation. For questions, contact Cynthia McDowell, 703-526-1090 or cmcdowell@nssga.org
AGG1 Show Badge/Entrance to Exhibits and CEMEX Tour: Cancellation is non-refundable; however, name substitutions are allowed.
AGG1 Academy Education: All cancellation requests must be received in writing and postmarked on or before February 22, 2013. A $20.00 cancellation fee will be charged for single session tickets and a $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged for other seminars and session pass purchases. No education/event refunds will be granted after February 22, 2013.
